jamesmalonefabrics.com sells fabrics, wallpapers, accessories, and samples of fabrics and wallpapers for commercial and private use.
By using our website and/or purchasing a product from it, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions of sale outlined below.

You must be over 18 years old to make a purchase on jamesmalonefabrics.com. If you are under 18, you need the approval of your parents or legal guardian before submitting your purchase.
Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The order confirmation includes a summary of the products you purchased, a breakdown of prices, the billing and delivery address, and the shipping method you selected.

You have the right to cancel your order if it is delayed by more than 21 working days. Please contact us in case of shipping delays so we can assist you as soon as possible. Delays caused by not being present to receive the shipment are outside of our control and are not subject to a refund.
Orders placed during weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
All prices on jamesmalonefabrics.com are expressed in euros. Please note that if you are purchasing from outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs fees. For more information on this, please contact the customs authorities in your country.
We may update our prices at any time. It is possible that a product may have an incorrect price. If this occurs, we will not be obligated to supply the products at the incorrect price. We will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will cancel your order and refund the price you paid. If we cannot contact you or you do not wish to proceed with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you paid.
When paying with a credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, or Maestro), the order amount is authorized immediately, and the authorization will be charged when the order is shipped.
Direct Debit.If you are connected to one of the two direct debit solutions accepted by James Malone Fabrics, Sofort or OBT (Online Bank Transfer), you can use it to pay for the items ordered on the website.
Product images may differ from the final product, and we cannot guarantee that the image will match the exact color of the products. Image colors may also vary across different electronic devices such as computers, PCs, tablets, and mobile phones. We recommend that you request a sample of our products before purchasing. Please note that we may modify the product description and images from time to time without prior notice.
If you purchase through jamesmalonefabrics.com and regret your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the time the product arrives at your home to return it. We will not accept a return after these 14 days.
All orders are inspected before being shipped; however, the final responsibility lies with the customer. Any defects must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
You can request a refund or exchange it for another one of our products. This excludes items that have been tampered with, are out of their original packaging, or have been damaged in any way by the customer. Special care must be taken with wallpaper edges, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been cut or specially made for the customer.

Shipping Costs for Returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. James Malone Fabrics only covers shipping costs if we have sent incorrect items or if your order arrived damaged.
Items That Can Be Returned.
You can only return complete orders that you purchased through contact@jamesmalonefabrics.com. If you made your purchase through one of our distributors, you will need to return your order through them.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have been tampered with, are out of their original packaging, or have been damaged in any way by the customer. Special care must be taken with wallpaper edges, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been cut or specially made for the customer.
Refund Payment.
Once we have received your return, you will receive an email informing you that we are processing your refund. The refund will be issued once the return is accepted.
Please note that if you return your order without contacting us, the processing time will be longer.
